Renew Placenta Soap Review 2019

Most of my readers love skin whitening products. Today, I’m going to treat them with a throwback through this Renew Placenta Soap review.

Let it be known that papaya is one of my favorite fruits in terms of skin whitening. However, we cannot discount how beneficial placenta is when it comes to overall skin beautification.

Placenta helps a lot in renewing skin together with the production of elastin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid.

Suffice to say, this product claims to not only whiten your skin, it will also give it a youthful glow as well.

Renew Placenta Soap Review 2019

I know how late I am in reviewing the Renew placenta soap. However, just like what they say, better late than never.

This was made possible by an impulse purchase after visiting my dermatologist.

Something’s totally wrong with me and my need to always take something from the bath aisle of a grocery store.

First Impression

Pauleen Luna is very beautiful but I think that the packaging could’ve been better without her face on it.

I love the aesthetics with the gold trimmings but it can also do without the flower on the back.

A sticker for authenticity is included, which gives it a more trustworthy feel.

Less trivial stuff about this Renew Placenta Soap review and more of…

My Experience

Renew Placenta Soap Ingredients

Scent is horrendous and could be a lot better. It gives a strong whiff of ammonia or hair dye.

Lather is generous compared to a typical papaya soap because it contains glycerine.

It can get a little itchy after some time. However, I have a dry and sensitive skin so I’m not sure how it’d work on you.

Don’t worry, itchiness is tolerable and not as irritable as a kojic acid soap.

Albeit all of that, it is enjoyable to use apart from the scent.

I’ve used this for more than 2 weeks and what I’ve noticed is my skin became more elastic.

You know the feeling when you pinch your skin and it feels so lawlaw like that of a kneaded pizza dough?

This made my skin bounce back after pinching which is amazing.

I also noticed that my skin became more glowing and not because of hallucinations lol. Most of my content is about skin whitening so it’s safe to say that I know when a product works or not.

If not because of the scent, I’ll consider this as a holy-grail product.

This was FDA approved so I’m pretty sure that no harmful ingredient was included. I just hope that they can tweak the ugly scent out.

Now with double-acting anti-aging!

Ideal for aging skin and areas susceptible to wrinkles or loss of suppleness. Helps fade away skin blemishes. Recommended for everyday use for healthier and younger-looking skin.

Final Words

It’s like durian, delicious but mabaho lol.

In terms of efficacy, this is it. Furthermore, even if the smell is bad, it doesn’t linger on the skin so you don’t have to worry about smelling like hair dye.

Retails at only 84.75 PHP, a true steal!
