Swish Breath Spray Review 2019

We all know that we always have to maintain a fresh-smelling breath. I, as a single woman, must have this on top of my priority list. Keep reading this Swish Breath Spray review if you feel the same way as I do.

My mother is a dentist which made me very particular with dental hygiene from a young age. Floss, brush, mouth wash, you know, the works.

Apart from the trinity, I also always have a breath spray in tow. Take it from Queen Elizabeth II. You will never know who you might offend after eating that onion-filled spaghetti.

Swish Breath Spray Review 2019

by Amanda of Filipinow

It’s ideal to brush teeth right after every meal. However, realistically, who has the time for that.

This is actually the first time that I’ve tried anything from Swish and to be honest, I am not disappointed.

Let me divide this review into sections so it’ll be easier for you to grasp the information I’m about to throw at you.

  1. Instant fresh breath in 10 seconds
  2. Lasts up to 100 sprays
  3. Alcohol-free
  4. Sugar-free

I love how it didn’t have mind-blowing claims.

Please take in mind that I did not make this review to replace proper dental care. Don’t be disgusting.

This is something that’s like a quick fix especially if you’re socializing with a lot of people on a day-to-day basis.

First Impression

Swish Breath Spray Review Inside

The packaging gives a fresh vibe. I got the variant in Arctic Chill and I have no problems with it. The nozzle is very easy to work with and the bottle is travel-friendly.

Swish recommends 1-2 sprays and I find that it’s ample enough to give fresh breath.

Let’s head on to what’s important in this Swish Breath Spray review.

My Experience

What got my neurons to purchase this were the writings Alcohol-free and Sugar-free.

I’m currently doing 16:8 intermittent fasting and my mouth cannot be associated with sugar within 16 hours.

We all know that when our stomach is empty, our breath smells offensive so this one is really perfect for people like me. If you don’t believe me, smell your breath right after waking up from a 6-8 hours of sleep.

Stop pretending that you’ve never had bad breath Linda!

The first time that I’ve used this also hardly tested its efficacy as it was while on a plane ride. We all know that air in planes is very dry which also constitutes to dry mouth and bad breath and mine didn’t experience those because of this breath spray.

Final Words

If you are a single woman like me who’s looking for a husband, start including a breath spray in your makeup kit. Shit happens and it wouldn’t help if a really cute guy finally approaches you but sadly, your breath doesn’t cooperate.

I find that 2 sprays will keep your breath smelling fresh for a good 1-2 hours.

Retails at only 100~ PHP, a total steal.
