Are you somebody with sensitive skin on a tight budget? Sensitive skin often comes with dry skin and I’m pretty sure that a lotion for you is of paramount importance. Let me share something that only costs 129 PHP for 400ml with this Isana Lotion Classic Soft Review.
I am not sponsored in any way by Isana. Everything will be from my honest take and should be taken with a grain of salt. We all have different skin types so what may be good for me may not be good for you.
Isana Lotion Classic Soft Review by Amanda of Filipinow
I got the Isana lotion while I was wandering around Watsons SM City East Ortigas. I was shook when I saw that the cost is only 129 PHP and is made for sensitive skin.
Usually, sensitive skin products don’t go hand-in-hand with a friendly price point so just imagine my surprise.
I perused more and found out that the product was made in Germany. Added to that is how puzzled I was as to why it costs so low even after all the import tax and etc.
Good thing is Isana’s sold in Watsons so I had some peace of mind.
I’m not saying that everything you can buy in Watsons is good. I hate their melon body scrub and a huge number of their products.
Isana claims that their body lotion in Classic Soft provides intensive care for all types of skin. Infused with High Grade Vitamin E, Cocoa Butter, and glycerin which help maintain the moisture content of the skin.
Provides long-lasting protection from drying out, leaving the skin feeling smooth and supple while smelling great. The Isana body lotion is quickly absorbed by the skin.
I know how alcohol can be an enemy to someone with sensitive skin. However, the alcohol used in the Isana lotion is cetearyl alcohol which is fatty and gentle enough for a volatile skin type.
There’s nothing appealing about the packaging. Bottle looks OK and is quite flimsy but let’s not discount the fact that it is sold at a very low price so let’s forgive them with that.
However, the sticker label is very ugly. Apart from its unappealing dirty white color, the image used is just unattractive. Fonts are all in bold making it look like a high school project made with Microsoft Word.
Moving on to the important part of the Isana Lotion Classic Soft Review, the product quality.
Texture is very runny so I don’t recommend for you to use it on the bed. I only use it when I’m in the bathroom right after I shower.
Scent is not enticing nor irritating, just light and milky.
True to its claim that it’s easily absorbed by the skin and the moisture it gives can last up to 12 hours.
I also find that my skin doesn’t itch after shaving if I have this applied.
Furthermore, it won’t make you feel sticky and I’m sure you’re going to truly love it.
