February 8, 2019
It’s Friday and I can’t help but rejoice. However, we all know what this day entails for most single girls like me so let me share with you if this Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Brightening Eye Base Review can help reduce the party bags from the wild weekends.
I’m not saying that every single girl gets wasted every Friday night so please don’t get me wrong.
I used to be a hardcore party gal who goes clubbing on a Tuesday night but now that I’ve retired, I’m still dealing with eyebags.
My preface was to make this article fun and to finally use the term “party bags” because it’s cute lol.
Without further rambling, let’s begin.
Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Brightening Eye Base Review by Amanda of Filipinow
From the get-go, I already fell in love with the product because of the packaging alone.
I love Pandas and I think they’re underrated and overshadowed in cuteness factor by cats and dogs.
The plastic it’s contained in is very sturdy and a little heavy. I personally love it but it is a little bulky for the 9g of product it contains.
It’s utilized like an old-school concealer stick and the color of the cream is white.
Scent is floral and appealing and the texture once swiped on the skin is buttery.
Eye Base that will brighten your dark eye area
Awakens tired eyes
Moisturizes and illuminates skin on the go
Free of phenoxyethanol, GMO, parabens, triethanolamine
The product’s promises are pretty straight-forward but let’s move on to what matters more than claims in this Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Brightening Eye Base Review…
I expected a lot from it in terms of coverage but I was surprised by how subtle the pigment delivered was.
My favorite thing about it is how it gives a relaxing feeling which in turn makes me feel like my bags were being depuffed.
However, looking at the photos below, I don’t think it lessened the volume of my eye bags.
Please take note that the post photo below is of me wearing this base together with the Laneige BB Cushion Pore Control compact so pardonne moi for the extremely lighter shade (mistake with buying foundations online).
In terms of the brightening promise, it does the job very well and I find that using it alone without makeup will give you an amazing natural look.
Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Brightening Eye Base Review Final Words
For a full-on glam look? I don’t think this eye base will make a world of a difference.
However, as a skin-care product and for a no-makeup look, this is it.
It contains haloxyl and kiwi fruit extract which will lighten the undereye area overtime with continued use.
Lasts for about 6 hours and doesn’t deposit too much on the lines especially when blended well with the ring finger.
Retails at only 290 PHP, a total steal!
You can get yours through Althea Korea’s website and if you live in the Philippines, you’ll receive it in less than a week.
